To comply with local regulations visitors on yachts arriving from other countries in the European Union simply need to fill in a form, supplied by the marina, with registration details and a crew list. This needs to be delivered to the Customs office across the creek.

Yachts arriving from outside the EU will need to clear through Customs and Immigration, and officials will usually visit the yacht in the marina to complete this.
If any passengers or crew will be leaving the yacht in Malta and departing the island by another means, they will need to have their passport stamped by Immigration on arrival.
All visitors to Grand Harbour Marina will need to fill in a Berthing Licence at the Capitainerie, and yachts must be covered by third party insurance. For full details of the Marina Rules, please download this pdf.
